You can send Dogecoin only to Dogecoin, Bitcoin to Bitcoin, etc.

When your customer wants to pay for goods with cryptocurrency, we initiate the process that makes it possible. This is what it looks like:

 Successful payment scenario

It all begins on your website. First your client adds goods to cart and press the “Pay” button.

Then they see an invoice details form that contains information about address and the payment amount.

Then your client makes the payment and waits for 2 Blockchain network confirmations.

When they have 2 confirmations, the payment process is complete and your client can go back to your site.

On this stage the payment process is completed successfully.

Underpayment scenario

It all begins on your website. First your client adds goods to cart and press the “Pay” button.

Then they see an invoice details form that contains information about address and the payment amount.

Client makes the payment but we do not receive the sufficient sum and inform them about it.

When your client sends us the remaining amount, we wait for the Blockchain network confirmation.

When there are 2 confirmations, the payment process is complete and your client can go back to your site.

On this stage the payment process is completed successfully.

Greetings!
Now we will help you with the payment of the order with cryptocurrency. It’s very simple to do, let’s take a look at each step.

Step 1: Enter your email.

Right after redirecting from the site you will see this window. You need to enter your e-mail address and click “Next step”. Pay attention, if you enter the e-mail address incorrectly, it will be difficult to contact you in case of any problems with payment.

Step 2: Payment Details

On this screen you can see the payment amount and the address where it should be sent. If you use a crypto wallet on your mobile phone, you can simply scan the QR code in the app.

Step 3: Sending funds

How to create a wallet

Copy the data from the previous screen and check its correctness. After sending the funds, the transaction will no longer be canceled.

Step 4: Pending Confirmation

As soon as we will see your transaction on the Blockchain network, the status on the screen will change. After that you will need to wait for 3 confirmations. More or less confirmations may be required, depending on the cryptocurrency. Confirmation speed depends on Blockchain network load.

Step 5: Congratulations! Payment completed.

That’s it! You can get back to the site and complete your purchase. An invoice about the operation will be sent to you by e-mail right away!

But what if you get an error message instead? That happens.

Error: Timeout

This could happen in two cases:
1. You did not send funds and the time for payment has expired.
2. You sent an insufficient amount.

If this happens, we will inform you about the insufficient amount by e-mail. You have time before the invoice expires to pay the missing amount. If the invoice expires, you will receive a notification about this by e-mail.

What to do next?

Contact the seller and provide him with the details of your order. You can find them in the e-mail that you entered earlier. He knows what to do!

Error: Overpayment

It also happens that you sent more than needed. The purchase is considered successfully paid, but you can get back the rest of the amount.

To do this, contact the seller and provide him with the details of your order. You can find them in the e-mail that you entered earlier. He knows what to do!

Now you can complete an operation with underpayment. What does it mean? Sometimes it can happen that your customer transfers an insufficient sum while paying for the order. In this case, if the payment time is over, its status switches to “underpaid”.

However, underpayment can be of a quite small amount and the seller can complete the order. You can do it manually – all you need to do is open operation details and click on the “Complete operation”. This option will appear if the payment time is over and the missing amount wasn’t received.

Just like other invoices, Ethereum and other ERC20 invoices can be paid in installments. When paying such invoices, it’s important to follow one strict rule.

Every payment should be above $1. If one of your payments is of a lesser amount, the funds won’t reach your wallet. To pay the invoice successfully, make sure that the payment amount exceeds the minimum threshold.

As Ethereum and other ERC20 currencies charge a certain fee for transfers, the minimum transfer amount should be above $1.

If you already sent the lesser amount and it didn’t appear in your wallet, just pay this invoice again with an amount exceeding $2 and with this transfer you will get back funds from the previous one.

The use of Payenium API, Plugins, Extensions and etc for accepting payments – 1%. No hidden fees & Charges.

If  you are Local Business (hotel, restaurant, store etc.) Payenium offers to you different fees for your trade volume. Visit •Partnership• page fill out the forum and start accepting cryptocurrency payments for your local business.

What are one-time OTP passwords?
One time password (OTP) is a password that is valid for only one authentication session. The one-time password can also be limited to a certain period of time. The advantage of a one-time password over a static one is that the password cannot be reused. Thus, an attacker who intercepted data from a successful authentication session cannot use the copied password to gain access to the protected system.

Unfortunately not.

We do not support import / export of private keys as this can lead to problems with double spending.

We’ve got a new security measure – Payment PIN. It is a 4 digit-code that is necessary to set for every Payenium user. You won’t be able to access your account profile until you set you’ve set Payment Pin.

You will need it for approval of your transactions and mass payouts and for changing the site domain.

Payment Pin is set only once and cannot be changed. We recommend you to save your Pin as you won’t be able to recover it in the future.

Withdraw Funds

Network fees for a transaction are paid to miners on a network. These network fees depend on the size of your transaction in bytes. Since transaction size varies greatly, network charges can also be different. You have a few plans “Normal” and “Priority” that will impact on fee cost and how fast your transaction will be added in a block

Do not worry, it does not lost. Checking the status of your transfer is very simple – just visit one of the sites that track cryptocurrency transactions.

Select the site corresponding to the payment currency and indicate the address of the recipient to whom you sent the transfer. You can also specify the transaction number (TXID) that you can find in the “Transaction History” section in the payment details.

Blackcoin block explorer
Bitcoin block explorer
Dogecoin block explorer
Litecoin block explorer

If the amount you have sent is in the transaction list of this address, then receiving funds is only a matter of time. This usually takes from a few minutes to hours. Sometimes processing and confirmation of a transaction by the network may take longer than usual. In rare cases, up to several hours, depending on network congestion.

Because in cryptocurrencies there is no concept of “sender address”. Cryptocurrency addresses are created for receiving payments, and not for sending: there is simply no sender address. You cannot use exactly those coins that you received when making a payment.

Think of it as banknotes that you put on a bank deposit. Let’s say you brought it to a bank and deposited 1,000 usd into your account with ten banknotes of 100 usd each. When you want to withdraw money, the bank will not give you exactly these ten banknotes. Instead, you will receive other banknotes.

You can read more about this on the Bitcoin Wiki.

It is very easy! After logging in, click on a currency your need and after that click on the “Withdraw” button and you can send a direct transfer.

You can send the transfer to another person or site directly, without intermediaries. You just need to select the payment currency, indicate the amount and enter the cryptocurrency address of the recipient. And do not forget – payments sent cannot be returned.
